Updating needed
Overall, the place was nice, but could use some updating. The room darkening curtains have a bunch of holes which let the sun in in the morning, the window in the bedroom doesn't close all the way, the hot water in the bathroom sink is very slow to get hot, and the rail on the balcony needs to be replaced. None of these were deal breakers, but could easily and inexpensively improve the property. We had to call to get access to a streaming channel so we could watch the Lions. The Freshwater people were very helpful in that regard.

FVR RESPONSE:

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Gary! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We will certainly look into updating the curtains, addressing the window and hot water concerns, and replacing the balcony rail to enhance future guests' experiences. We're also happy that our team was able to assist you with the streaming access. We hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future! -Jessica FVR

5 stars
The beautiful views of the golf course was just the start of exceeding our expectations at this property. It was very clean with new furniture, appliances & flooring & very spacious for a one bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Nice shower with very soft & big towels & separate sink vanity for both of us to get ready at same time. An added bonus was the nice deck balcony with the gas bonfire table which we enjoyed while having a perfect view of the New Years fireworks. Would highly recommend staying here. Only negative was the wall furnace was slightly louder than expected. Otherwise 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
