The screened-in porch and fireplace set the scene for this tranquil retreat. Come and swim right from the property! The lake is larger in size, easy to get in and out of, and quiet. It is an all-sports lake with little traffic. Guests are welcome to bring boats and use the private dock right in front of the home. Carp Lake has a tannin-stained water (dark in color and high in quality). The water is 15 ft. at deepest.
This home plays host to 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen where guests can gather to prepare delicious home made meals. If you prefer a barbequed meal, you can grill outside on the propane grill and sit at the picnic table to enjoy to enjoy your grilled favorites.
