Beach/Swimming: Not a traditional sandy beach but swimming from property off of dock. The immediate area by the sea wall can be unappealing to some. We recommend swimming shoes!

Drinking Water: Drinkable Well Water

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: No

Fire-pit: Not a traditional firepit. It is a propane fire table. 

Fishing: Bass, Bluegill, Sunfish, Pike can all be caught on Whitmore Lake

Fishing License:  A license is required in order to fish in Michigan.

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. We have just the basic sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and bath towels.
 

Parking: Enough room for 4 to 5 cars or 3 cars and 1 trailer. Be aware that parking is very close to the street. Your trailer will need to be disconnected to fit in a parking space. Trailers over 30 feet long will not fit in the parking spaces. The driveway itself has an incline. 

Pets: No pets allowed at this property

Privacy: There are neighbors on both sides

Space: 2 level home

Seniors: Welcome! 2 steps in and a bedroom located on lower level. Be aware that there is a decent incline down the driveway from the parking area. There are no steps from the parking area to the sidewalk.
