Hot Water: Being conservative with water and conscientious of its use lays the groundwork for a great experience at the Au Train Island View Lodge. Although the Lodge sleeps up to 15 people comfortably, there is only ONE standard, 40 gallon hot water tank. Ideally, you will need to spread out your showers. This is not a hotel. It is an older home. In our experience, some groups have found the amount of hot water needed ideal. Other groups have felt like they are always running out of hot water and waiting for the tank to reheat, especially when running the dishwasher and all 3 showers at the same time.
