Situated on a quaint corner, in the heart of South Haven, is the historic Haven House. Modern updates.  The enclosed porch is an ideal space to start the day. The custom outdoor dining area is a bonus. Ample space to relax with your favorite people.

Boat Launch: Boats can be launched at Black River Park Marina (3 minutes, .7 miles) or South Haven Boat Launch (4 minutes, .8 miles)

Cable: There are smart TV's with streaming capabilities in both living rooms!

Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Outdoor Furniture: Available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Also available upon request during the winter!
