Air Conditioning: No, but there are ceiling fans in every room.
ATV's: Trails are not directly accessible from property but are nearby-up the road.
Animals: Deer, coyotes, bears, turkeys

Beach/Swimming: There is not a traditional beach. The river is not deep enough for swimming

Cell Phone Service: Generally, cell service is not good. It's VERY spotty. Verizon is non-existent. We do recommend using wifi calling on your cell phone.
Coffee Maker: 12 cup coffeemaker-filters & coffee available.

Drinking Water: Well water with filtration system and water softener. Yes, there is still a smell to the well water. We provide a Brita water pitcher.
Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.
Fireplace: Gas stove with remote control in living room
Fire-pit: Yes. Wood is not provided please bring your own
Fishing: Walleye, trout, salmon
Fishing License: A license is required in order to fish in Michigan.
Fishing Poles: Are not provided. Please bring your own.
Grill: Charcoal grill (charcoal & lighter fluid not provided)
Grocery Store: Closest large grocery(Meijer) is in Escanaba about 34 min(29 miles)
Heat: Propane furnace-forced air
Hunting: No hunting allowed on property
Internet: Yes up to 100 Mbps
Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. We have just the basic sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and bath towels.
Parking: There is room for 4 cars with trailers. *Please do NOT park or drive on front lawn due to buried septic system.
Pets: Not allowed.
Privacy: Pretty secluded
Televisions: 50" smart TV in the living room
Towels: All bath and kitchen towels will be provided during your stay. Please bring beach towels with you!
