Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: Yes! Electric

Fire-pit: Yes, please bring some firewood

Fishing: Fishing off of the bridge or community dock is a must for fisherman here!  Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Tiger Muskie are catch and release.  Bluegill, Pumkinseed, Perch, and Sunfish are limit of 25.

Golf: Yes!! There are 3 private golf courses that guests can use(green and cart fees will apply)  Please call and get Tee times at least a week before.

Handicap Friendly: There is one step in and one step to back patio.  Everything is one level on interior but nothing has been specifically added for handicap accessibility.

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. We have just the basic sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and bath towels.
 

Parking:  3-4 cars max.  There is a garage that is accessible for use along with 2 spots in Driveway.  

Pets:  This is not a pet-friendly property

Pool: Yes within this resort community.  There is an indoor and outdoor pool available for use with guest pass and a nominal fee. The indoor pool is located in The Royal Building, and the outdoor pool is located by Pines Park.
