Air Conditioning: Yes, there is central air conditioning. There are also ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. 

ATV's: ATV's are not allowed for use on the property, but can be brought along to be used on permitted trails. 

Animals: Deer, squirrels, chipmunks, and various birds are common in the area.

Cell Phone Service: All carriers work well here 

Coffee Maker: There is a Keurig with K-Cups, and a 10-cup drip coffee maker. Coffee & filters are provided.

Dock: There is an 80ft dock available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Drinking Water: There is drinkable well water at the property. If you are sensitive to the taste, we recommend bringing bottled water along for your stay. 

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: There is a gas fireplace

Fire-pit: Bring your firewood! There is a firepit for guests to use during their stay. 

Fishing: Bass, Black & Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Crappie, Northern Pike, Perch, Pike, Sunfish, and Yellow Perch 

Fishing License:  A license is required to fish in Michigan.

Golf: Devil's Lake Golf Course is 4 minutes away! (1.7 miles)

Grill: A propane grill is provided at this location

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. We have just the basic sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and bath towels.

Parking: 3 cars can park comfortably, with additional parking for a car and a trailer located across the street. 

Pets:  This location is not pet friendly 

Privacy: Neighbors are located next door.

Seniors: There are two steps into the house, and bedrooms are located upstairs.

Televisions: There is a 65" TV in the living room, and a 50" in the master bedroom, both having streaming capabilities.
