Eagle Point Cottage on Brevort Lake

SLEEPS: 12 - (2 hide-a-beds for additional sleeping)
*LAKEFRONT (Brevort Lake)

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this newly remodeled lakefront ranch cottage. While there is one cottage approximately 10 feet away on one side, the other side is simply the view of Brevort Lake.  The cottage sits on one level and spaced out nicely so you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous view of the Brevort lake. This home offers a deck on the front of the home and a covered deck on the back, all done with the log cabin appeal.  The deck on the water side is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, enjoy a sunrise or relax in the evening to the comforting lull of an unforgettable Michigan sunset over the water. This property even offers games and books for those days when the weather isn't cooperating. Also included for added convenience, there is full size washer and dryer that you may use during your stay at no additional cost. We’ve provided everything that you and your guests would need to make your vacation experience a time to remember.

Enjoy the beauty of the all-sports, 4400 acre Brevort Lake, just 20 minutes from the mighty Mackinac Bridge.  Close to many of the major attractions of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.  From the Mackinac Bridge, Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, plus the towns of St. Ignace, Mackinaw City, this cottage has it all.  Your front lawn is perched directly on the lake. Easy access to launch your boat, just around the corner, within a mile of the cottage.  We do have a private (uncovered) dock.   Peace and tranquility abound!  This is ideal for the larger family who wants to enjoy the Upper Peninsula, yet not venture too far from the Mackinac Bridge.  Great fishing, swimming, boating, and touring await.

You may choose to bring your own boat, or take advantage of the boat rental and delivery service that is about 47 miles from property in the quaint little town of Curtis.  If you decide to rent a boat, it can be delivered right to the cabin dock, the only thing you have to remember are your bathing suits and fishing poles! Some times a 2 week notice is required, especially during mid-summer, so plan ahead!

Other outside amenities include a propane grill, a fire pit, Gazebo (plenty of seating out of the sun) and plenty of private outdoor space for sunbathing, yard games and any other outdoor activities that you may want to enjoy. A private (uncovered) boat dock is also available for your use.

This home has been newly renovated and updated in 2016.  Come see how easy it is to explore the Upper Peninsula, have ample space, sit back and enjoy!
