Cell Phone Service: Cell service can be spotty at times here. We recommend turning WI-FI calling on. 

Coffee Maker:  A Keurig with K-Cups, filters, and sugar is provided for guest use. There is also a drip with filters and coffee, and a bean grinder(beans not provided)

Drinking Water: Filtered, drinkable well water is used throughout the house. 

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: Bring your firewood! A wood burning fireplace is featured at this location.

Fire-pit: Bring your smores supplies and firewood, there is an outdoor firepit for guest use. 

Fishing: White Lake is just 15 minutes (7.7 miles) from the property and is home to various fish! You can find Bluegill, Sunfish, Black Crappie, White Crappie, Rock Bass, Yellow Perch, Northern Pike, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass. 

Fishing License:  A license is required to fish in Michigan.

Handicap Friendly: There are no additional features to make this property handicap friendly. There is one step into the house.

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. We have just the basic sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and bath towels.

Parking: There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage, with additional room for 4 cars in the driveway. 

Pets:  Pets are not allowed at this property. 

Privacy: There are no neighbors in view at this location.

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.

Seniors: There is one step into the home, and a bedroom on the main floor.

Televisions: 50" Smart TV in Living Room, and a 32" TV in the basement with a Nintendo Wii. 

Towels: All bath and kitchen towels will be provided during your stay. Please bring beach towels with you!
