Air Conditioning:The moderate temperatures in the area and unique construction of this home have made air conditioning unnecessary. There is a nice breeze off the lake and ceiling fans.

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: Yes, Wood burning stove available for use(will need to bring  small firewood bundle for this)

Fire-pit: Yes, there is a firepit by the beach and firewood is provided

Fishing: Nearby Indian Lake is great for fishing!

Seniors: Seniors are welcome! Please note, there are some steps at the property and a 60 to 70 ft walk to the beach. 

Televisions: There is one 65" Smart TV in the primary bedroom, and another 65" Smart TV in the living room. 

Towels: All bath and kitchen towels will be provided during your stay. There is an assortment of beach towels you are welcome to use during your stay as well! 

Washer and Dryer: There is a stackable washer & dryer for guests to use.
