Slice Of Paradise
Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us! We were in awe of this place as soon as we pulled into the driveway. We made a lot of day trips to explore the wonderous U.P. but our favorite day was spent on your beach, making S'mores in the firepit, and enjoying the view and sounds of nature. We wish we could stay longer! Until next time.... P.S. The original artwork around your home is beautiful!

Thank you Suzi for sharing your dream home with us <3 The beach that provided more time away, observing nature, quiet time and prayer. With much gratitude, Steph and Mark

Working a labor-intensive job for Eagle Shoreline Protection, this home was the perfect respite after long days in the elements from the beach hut to the king beds to the stunning shower, this place is filled with so much love. You can feel it. I know many others will feel the same

A Perfect Getaway!
This place is beautiful inside and out! We really enjoyed our week here, which included working a few days from the house and beach hut, followed by several day trips around the UP. The host thought of everything to make our stay incredibly welcoming and comfortable, from personalized artwork to one of the most well-stocked kitchens we’ve ever used in a rental! Spending time on the beach was the perfect way to unwind after our daily adventures. The local grocery store had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner each day. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and while cellular service in the area is limited, the Wi-Fi in both the house and the hut was perfect for two people with multiple devices connected and on video calls. We had a very relaxing week and are already looking forward to returning!

FVR RESPONSE:

Wow—thank you so much for such a thoughtful and detailed review, Nichole! We’re absolutely thrilled that you had such a wonderful stay at Michicove and felt at home both in the house and the beach hut. It’s great to hear that the space worked well for both work and relaxation, and that the little touches—from the personalized artwork to the well-stocked kitchen—helped make your stay special.
We’re also happy the Wi-Fi kept up with your needs, and that you found everything you needed locally for your meals. Knowing you had a relaxing and productive week means the world to us—and we’re already looking forward to welcoming you back! -Jessica FVR

A Beautiful Home
You have made this place into a beautiful home! Thank you for sharing your amazing artwork. We ventured out on day trips enjoying Pictured Rocks, the Marquette area shoreline, Indian Lake, and Fayette Park and loved returning to the picturesque views of Michibay. We will miss this gorgeous lake view! Thank you for thinking of everything we could possibly need to make this a perfect getaway!
