Reviews

This delightful rental is adorable and very well appointed and equipped. While the outside is clad in siding, the inside is made from lovely logs walls. The main bath and kitchen are in a newer addition and both are wonderful. Having a an additional 1/2 bath made a significant difference when vacationing with 2 couples. The highlight is the real wood fireplace, which we used every day. There is an abundance of wood provided and we really enjoyed having the fire going (this was a long weekend in November, so chilly). The only thing I would mention is that each of the bedrooms have open ceilings, so sound will travel. This was not an issue at all for us and I wouldn't hesitate to rent this cabin again. The lake looked inviting and I can imagine the waterfront would be well used during warmer months. Thanks so much for making my bday weekend away an absolute delight !!!

Such a beautiful and cozy place! The inside was lovely, beautiful bathroom and kitchen, and comfy furniture with lots of extra blankets. But we spent most of our time outside by the fire pits or kayaking. The lake was sooo nice and the little beach was amazing to relax on. The sounds of nature and the stunning view of the stars at night were icing on the cake. So peaceful. It was my mother in law’s first ever time in Michigan and she fell in love so fast thanks to this beautiful place. I tried to get her to sight see some other places, but she was so content and happy here that she didn’t want to go anywhere else! We will definitely be back again! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

My girlfriend and I found the cabin to be exceptionally cozy, clean, and well-stocked. We appreciated supply of seasoned firewood as well! We stayed in the winter so no lake activities for us, but the view was beautiful and we loved our few days of peace and quiet by the fire. Would happily return sometime!

Such a wonderful stay! There was truly love put into all the details of this Airbnb. Very clean and fully stocked on all the towels, blankets, kitchen/bathroom/laundry/cleaning supplies, and entertainment (2 fire pits, 1 indoor wood burning fireplace, board games, TV, kayaks etc). Basically everything you could need for a comfy stay plus more. We stayed during the winter, so we didn’t get to use the lake, but I could see this being a great time during the warmer months. We had an equally great time staying in the cabin and using the fireplace/playing board games and appreciating all the little details of the cabin.
