Reviews
Great house in Iron River near Ski Brule!
Overall the accommodations were great and staff recognized that weather was a factor offering a discounted 3rd night stay which was much appreciated. The Freshwater team was also responsive when the door mechanism was not opening the door. The driveway was plowed in a timely manner for our departure. My only issue was that the white king bed sheets looked like it had pet fur all over the them and pillows like the washer did not do a good job cleaning the sheets.
FVR RESPONSE:
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Dan! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the accommodations overall and that our team was able to assist during the winter storm, and get the driveway cleared in a timely manner, as well as respond quickly to the door issue. We’re also happy the extended stay option was helpful.
We truly appreciate you bringing the concern about the bedding to our attention. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we’re addressing it with our cleaning team to ensure it’s handled more thoroughly moving forward.
Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience—we hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better stay next time. -Jessica FVR
