Great location! Most things were available like home. We appreciated the fact not having to bring linens etc…and washer and dryer. Being able to bring our dogs was great along with the fenced in back yard.

Jayne, being able to vacation with our pups is always a plus.  We're glad that Holland House worked out so well for you, and we hope to see you again.

The home is adorable and very clean. Close to shops and dog parks, if it’s warm you will have to drive your pets. Neighborhood is very safe and beautiful. Only thing is there are no curtains on the windows in the kitchen or big back door, could use some. The only way to get in is the front door, if you use the garage you have to shut the door then go through the house to lock the front door.. not s big deal just a pain. All in all it’s a great place to rent .

We are so happy you had a great time! Thank you for your feedback, we have contacted the owner and they will be adding window treatments in kitchen and big back door. We are sorry to hear about the procedure to lock the front door, we will definitely look into a better solution as all we want is our guests to have a stress free vacation.

This was a perfect house. We loved all the amenities. It was so clean and cute. It was very comfortable. The back yard was beautiful. Everything we wanted to do and see was within 15 minutes. The only down fall was the rain.

Stephanie, if only we could control the weather, right?  We want our guests to be comfortable and happy with our cottages, so we're glad that you were.  We hope to see you again.

We loved the area was very close to everything. House was prefect for us I wished we would of stayed in the summer though so we could use the beaches and parks that were so close.

Karen, we'd love to have you come back in the summer!  We're glad that you had a good stay.

Just Perfect
We needed a small getaway, and this adorable house in Holland was perfect. A short drive from Tunnel Park (where we climbed to watch the sunset two nights), and a few blocks from Riley Trails Park (where both kiddos loved hiking around), this house was the perfect base for a pseudo-staycation. The large table was perfect for family meals and for spreading out board games and puzzles, we all snuggled on the sofa for reading books and watching Netflix, and the heated floor in the bathroom was a bonus for us all. We'd love to visit again in the summer and take advantage of the nearby hiking and biking trails and proximity to the beach.

Meredith, it sounds like you had the perfect getaway.  Tunnel Park is the perfect place to watch the sun set.  We'd love to have you back again this summer!

The home is nicely situated between downtown Holland and the beach. The backyard was perfect for my dog, with ample room to run and totally fenced in.

Perfect for us the house was nice and the area was very quiet. We will make this house a primary choice the next time we visit Holland

“Should be 6 stars!!! I travel a lot for work and use Air BnB almost exclusively. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed. The bathroom was amazing...lots of nice touches...giant deck with grill...loved it!!!”

We had planned to stay at Harbor Haven in Union Pier, but the property manager informed us less than a week prior that the house was flooded. They quickly found another property for us to stay (Holland House). I am pleased with the customer service and communication! The Holland House was awesome! We would love to stay there again.

Judy, we are so happy that Holland House worked out so well for you.  We appreciate your flexibility when the flooding occurred at Harbor Haven.  It is our #1 priority to make certain that our guests stay is the best possible.  We look forward to working with you again.

Clean, cute & close to everything
We had a great 3 night stay here. The grill, garage, yard, smart tv, washer and dryer were all highly appreciated and utilized. I didn’t have to worry that we were going to disturb anyone with our less than quiet small children. Everything was a short drive away - the kids loved tunnel park, Holland state park, pirates cove mini golf & the dutch village. The weather was disappointing so I was grateful to be near so many other activities that weren’t beach-dependent. As long as you are happy to drive for 10 minutes in every direction, you’ll have a great stay! Thanks again.

Kate, thanks for this great review.  You said it all!  Holland House is a great spot for children.  Tunnel Park and Holland State park are gems, plus there is a lot going on in downtown Holland.  We hope to see you back again soon.
