Conveniently located in between the marvelous towns of South Haven and Saugatuck, this updated home offers the perfect home base for a thrilling and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends. Must-visit attractions include many nearby wineries, cideries, fruit picking, sand dunes, and hiking. This marvelous retreat is tucked in on Lake Michigan's shoreline and enjoys 60 feet of frontage and easy, convenient access via a private road to the half-mile of Glen Shores association beach.

When it comes to outdoor living, this two-story home is simply unbeatable. The expansive first-floor deck enjoys unparalleled and unobstructed views of the lake and offers a fantastic spot to admire sunsets. Kick your feet up and relax in the inviting lakefront lounge area and plan your next adventures, play board games, read books and magazines, or simply gather with your loved ones for a terrific time. At the end of the day, unwind in the private hot tub. There are several outdoor dining spots where you can enjoy alfresco meals with a backdrop like no other and a gas grill for warm-weather cookouts. And when the sun sets, sit around the firepit for some storytelling while roasting s'mores.

Inside, this fully updated home boasts two levels full of comfort and everything you need for a breezy stay. The first floor has a gorgeous open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Large windows in all three areas mean you are never away from a glorious and gorgeous view of the lake. The inviting living room provides you with a great spot to unwind and relax - light up the logs in the large, stone electric fireplace on crisp days and nights and let the warmth lull you into a pleasant mood as you stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV with a Chromecast. When mealtime comes, surprise your family and friends with delicious culinary masterpieces prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances! The large dining table is perfect for family meals and board game action.

Upstairs is a sunny loft with a family room where you can unwind on your own while enjoying a steamy cup of coffee from the espresso bar. The views are simply out of this world and there is an extensive balcony offering a fantastic spot to relax on summer days.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, every bedroom has a different Michigan theme. There is one bedroom on the first floor and five bedrooms on the second floor, including a primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has direct access to the balcony and an en suite bathroom.
