Honestly I can't name just one favorite experience. I actually live in Trufant, across town, but had my kids come in from Colorado so decided to rent this lake cottage so we could all just relax and enjoy time together. My grandchildren loved the beach. It was really nice that it wasn't my house-- felt like I could relax more. It's so important to make memories00 We will be back next year!

First time in the state of Michigan. We enjoyed kayaking from the backyard and swimming from the dock. All the neighbors were very pleasant and helpful. We have a 25 head beef farm more for a hobby, but coming from our area, I was amazed at the extreme amount of agriculture this part of Michigan has. From all the potato, wheat, turnip, corn, apple + orchard farms, we were amazed! Great time-- the world is sure big, get out and see it!

My family and I had a great couple of days on this quaint lake. Kind neighbors and lots of little fish to catch and release. The kids kayaks were so great for our kids to try out-- our 6yr old got quite good at it! Also, fishing off the dock every morning and evening with our boys was a dream come true for my husband!

What a beautiful place! So clean, nice neighbors, cute little town! Fun to enjoy the simple pleasures of listening to bull frogs at night and watching the fish swim close to the surface. Also, comfy beds/linens!
