ATV's: Not allowed for use on the property.

Animals: Squirrels, deer, and chipmunks are common in the area.

Beach/Swimming: Yes! This property is right on Woodland Lake.

*There is also a daybed in the main living area

Cable: This property does not have traditional cable. TV's are capable of streaming

Dock: There is a 16 ft dock. (Available Memorial thru Labor Day)

Drinking Water: This property uses a reverse osmosis well water system. There is filtered water in the fridge as well.

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: This property features an electric stove heater.

Fire-pit: Bring your firewood! There is a firepit for guest use

Fishing: Bass, Pike, and Bluegill are common in Woodland Lake.

Fishing License:  A license is required to fish in Michigan.

Grill: There is a propane grill and propane tank for guest use.
