Beautiful Place To Stay!
Eleven of us spent 3 days at the West Hagerman Lake House and it was absolutely perfect. We're already talking about going back next summer. Plenty of space and the lake is gorgeous. Would recommend to anyone! Jeremy

FRESHWATER RESPONSE:
Jeremy, we hope to see you back next year also!  West Hagerman Lake House has so much to offer guests:  4 kayaks, swimming just a short walk from the cabin, pet friendly, partially secluded and an amazing view through the large picture wall.  Heaven!

We had a fairly large group stay at the Lake House--siblings, spouses, kids ranging in ages from 4-16, and the grandparents. The house was PERFECT! The grandparents stayed in the master suite downstairs, the teenagers in the bunk room, and the littles on the bunks in one of the bedrooms with a king size bed. The kids loved to hang out in the loft upstairs, where we played games at the table, worked puzzles, watched a few family friendly movies at night, and played with the Legos. We loved that everyone could sit at the dining room table together with views of the lake. The house is STACKED with great videos, books, puzzles, and all sorts of games--and of course the BOATS! Paddle boards, kayaks, rowboat, canoe, and a gorgeous dock. We were outside as much as we could be, from morning coffee on the dock, to boats and swimming all afternoon, to a campfire at night. We had some rain off and on, so we came inside some, where there was plenty of comfortable and beautiful space and lots to do! We are already trying to figure out if we can get a few more family out there with us next year. It surpassed everyone's expectations!! It felt risky to plan a family trip like this with so many families in one house, but this was a wonderful experience and lots of great memories made! Thank you!

FRESHWATER RESPONSE:
Lisa, thanks for this fabulous review!  There is not anything we can add  - you've said it all.  We do hope your family comes back again.

Beautiful, quiet, spacious vacation home
We stayed at this home for our winter family vacation and loved its convenient location to both downhill and x-country skiing! When not enjoying the outdoors, the space allowed us to play games, do puzzles, and cook together! It also provided high speed internet, all linens, and a full kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

FRESHWATER RESPONSE:
T, we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at West Hagerman Lake House.  It's the perfect all- season vacation location.  Much of the lake is surrounded by national forest, and there are 5 waterfalls within a 30 minute drive.  The dining area seats 14 overlooking the lake.  The stars at night are simply magnificent.

Amazing home!
We stayed here with 4 families and had tons of space to lay out and relax! The outdoor ammenities available for our use were amazing and we took advantage of all of them (paddleboards, row boat, canoes) and we loved sitting around the fire place at night. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely return to this home in the future!

FRESHWATER RESPONSE:
Andrzej, thank you for this lovely review.  West Hagerman Lake House is a great property.  As you said there are lots of outdoor amenities for our guests,.  It's nice having the 55' private dock and Hagerman Lake is one of three "Class A" lakes in the area due to its clear water and sand/stone bottom.  Much of the lake is surrounded by national forest and plays host to multiple islands, which are fun to boat around. It's a fantastic summer spot.

Perfect setting for a family reunion
We rented this home for a family wedding. We found it perfect for multiple families, including the main floor suite for elderly relatives. Hagerman Lake is relatively quiet most of the time and perfect for water sports: canoeing, fishing, swimming, etc. In winter, our favorite time to be there, both downhill and cross country are minutes away. The house is clean, well stocked, and everything is totally new. Two common areas provide flexibility for social interaction.

FRESHWATER RESPONSE:
Julie, we are so very happy that West Hagerman Lake House worked out so well for your family reunion.  This property sleeps 15 people, so is perfect for large groups, plus its spaciousness makes sure you never feel cramped.  The lake is lovely.  Hagerman Lake is one of three "Class A" lakes in the area due to its clear water and sand/stone bottom, Hagerman's 585 acres boast active loon nests, peace and quiet, and ample room for boating of any type. A private 55 foot dock, as well as a canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards are provided for easy access to the lake. We look forward to working with you again soon.
