Pearl Beach-Large Back House has luxury flooring, high-grade carpeting, newer furniture, new beds (2017), and an obstructed view of Turk Lake! You are welcome to enjoy the view from yard of front cottage. You won't be disappointed! It's a wonderful place for rest and relaxation! Don’t forget to bring your favorite book.
Large Back House Only: OPEN IN WINTER- has 2 private bedrooms both upstairs (one Queen, one Full) along with an open sleeping bunk area on the same 2nd level playing host to a full futon with a bunk overhead and 2 twins that can be converted into a king upon request. This Back-House has a 3/4 bathroom, full kitchen, large living area with smart TV (Hulu/Netflix provided), board games to play, and washer/dryer unit. This property also has for your use, a charcoal grill and fire-pit. There are breathtaking sunsets which rests directly across the lake. You have access to the lake via the small cottage which is right across the street from back house for ice fishing.
This beautiful property is divided into 2 complete spaces: a cozy front cottage -CLOSED IN WINTER and a larger more modern back-house. This is a classic cottage around a small tight-knit private lake, so the neighbors are in close proximity along this beautiful lake.

ATV: Please keep your ATVs at home. There just isn't enough parking, and the appropriate ATV trails are not nearby.

Open Sleeping Area = full futon, overhead bunk, 2 twin
Boats: NO- due to Zebra Mussels, per association rules, guests are prohibited from bringing their boats. There is NO available boat launch.
Cell phone service: Pretty Good!

Distances:
* Traverse City: 2 hours 17 minutes (128 miles)
* Lansing: 1 hour 25 minutes (72 miles)
* Grand Rapids: 49 minutes (41 miles)
Fireworks/Firearms: No fireworks or firearms on property.
Fishing: It's reported to be good. AWESOME ice fishing!

Fishing poles: Please bring your own.
Grill: Charcoal - Guests provide own charcoal, lighter fluid and lighter

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens, The beds will be made for you upon arrival. If you are fussy about the thread count of your sheets, just let me know, and I’ll make sure we leave a bed open for your own sheets. We have just the basic sheets, pillows, pillow cases and bath towels.
Parking: 2 cars maximum There is VERY tight parking. This is a VERY narrow street leading to the Pearl Beach- Back House. You must drive super-slow on this single lane street. Please park in the small driveway. There is parking for 2 cars. Additional parking is available at the church less than 1 mile from the cottage.
Pets: This is NOT the ideal place for your pet due to the close proximity of the neighbors and small street. There is not a fenced yard and your dog must be on a leash, NOT an invisible leash, AND attached to a human at all times. If your pet runs up to a neighbor, friendly or not, your pet will be required to leave the property. The cottages and the road are/is WAY to close for even friendly pets. Please call the office directly (734) 284-5677 for questions regarding pets.
Snowmobiling: Please keep your snowmobiles at home. There just isn't enough parking, and the appropriate snowmobile trails are not nearby.
Smoking: NO Smoking of any kind is allowed in the home.
Towels: Yes, we provide towels. It's always good to bring extra.
Washer and Dryer: YES! Laundry soap is included.
Wood: Yes! It is provided next to the cottage only.
