Reviews

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days and we absolutely loved it. It was very homey very accommodating and it stayed cool during the day. The bed felt like clouds, was very soft, easy to sleep, but I recommend the couch better. It was super soft. I absolutely loved it. The place was very bright and you can dim it if anyone had a migraine, which I do get. Absolutely love this place! We would definitely recommend coming back and we probabaly will come back! :)

We had the opportunity to visit during a warm autumn stay and were able to enjoy the grill and large backyard fire pit! It was so relaxing and fun. There is always magic in the UP. The owners are remodeling an old church and are very attentive and take a lot of pride in their place- they are super helpful in suggesting activities and local places!

My family of 4 has camped at the Lighthouse on the Rock the past 2 summers. It has always been clean and very inviting. They have a cute fire pit and seating area behind the building, giving privacy from the road. Laura and Kirk, the owners are easy to get a hold of and very polite and accommodating to their guests

It's been wonderful to be able to spend time with friends, yet have privacy by camping on site in our RV! Your vacation rental is truly remarkable. Not many would take such time and care to renovate a historic building. We will be back!
